These terms explain how ProCreo48 website requests, briefs, creative production, landing pages, revisions, and delivery work.

Scope of work

ProCreo48 provides performance creatives, landing pages, adaptations, video banners, and related campaign assets. The exact scope, timing, formats, and deliverables are agreed through a brief, message, invoice, or written confirmation.

Briefs and client materials

You are responsible for providing accurate offer details, references, restrictions, traffic source requirements, brand assets, and legal limitations. ProCreo48 may ask clarifying questions before production starts.

Delivery and revisions

Delivery timing starts after the brief is complete and the project is confirmed. Revisions are included when they stay within the agreed scope. New concepts, new formats, or major changes may require a new estimate.

Usage rights

After payment, the client may use delivered assets for campaign testing and advertising. Source files are provided only when included in the agreed scope.

Analytics and consent

The website may use Google Tag, Consent Mode v2, click identifiers such as gclid, gbraid and wbraid, and cookie consent choices to measure traffic and advertising performance where permitted by the visitor.
